Each session is 50 minutes in duration for individuals, 60 minutes for groups. Prices are inclusive of GST.

Individuals or groups?
We offer both individual and small group tutoring. Your decision will very much come down to the learning preferences of your child and affordability. Small groups can be a fantastic way to build confidence and share learning experiences and is most useful for students up to Year 11. Individual tutoring can be more effective when students require support with specific texts in and modules in the HSC.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
At Rethink Learning, we aim to provide consistent, high-quality services to all students. To ensure fairness and accommodate our waiting lists, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policies:
- Rescheduling Notice for Camps, Holidays, and Other Commitments
We require at least one week’s notice if you need to reschedule sessions due to school camps, holidays, or similar commitments. This allows us to manage our schedules efficiently and accommodate other students. - Illness Policy
If your child is sick, please notify your tutor at least 24 hours in advance where possible. We understand that last-minute illnesses may arise, so in such cases, the session will still be charged. However, we offer one (1) makeup session per term to be scheduled at a mutually convenient time for both you and the tutor. - Makeup Sessions
Rethink Learning provides one makeup session per term for missed or cancelled sessions due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. Any additional missed or cancelled sessions will be charged at the normal rate, and no further makeup sessions will be offered within the term. - Google Meet Sessions
In the event that your child cannot attend a session in person, we are happy to move the session online via Google Meet. This option is available to ensure continuity of service and minimise disruption to your child’s learning progress. - Late Arrivals
If your child arrives late to a session, the tutor will wait up to 30 minutes. After this time, the session will be considered complete, and the full session will be charged. No additional time will be added to the session to make up for the late arrival. - No-Show Policy
If your child fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (a no-show), the session will be charged at the standard rate, and no makeup session will be provided. - Unenrolling from Rethink Learning
Should you wish to unenrol your child from our services, we require at least three (3) weeks’ notice in writing. This allows us to offer your child’s spot to another student on our waiting list and to adjust our schedules accordingly.
